1. Zero-tolerance content
Astronia prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, credible threats, incitement to violence, non-consensual intimate material, impersonation for fraud, financial theft, and instructions primarily facilitating serious unlawful conduct. Such content is removed within the periods in the Grievance Policy, Cl. 2, accounts are suspended, and evidence is reported or preserved as law requires.
Synthetic or manipulated content must be declared and retain the label and provenance metadata applied by Astronia. Removing a synthetic-content label, falsely declaring generated content as authentic, or using synthetic media to impersonate, defraud, sexualise or endanger a person is prohibited.
2. Prohibited consultation practices
Predicting a definite date or cause of death, or using death or fear to extract payment.
Claiming a guaranteed cure, pregnancy, reconciliation, legal victory, visa, job or financial return.
Describing any remedy, gemstone, yantra, talisman or ritual as diagnosing, curing, mitigating, treating or preventing a disease or condition (the Astrology & Outcome Disclaimer, Cl. 3.2).
Advising a User to stop prescribed treatment, or to avoid police, court, emergency or licensed-professional assistance.
Threatening supernatural harm, black magic, curse or family danger unless the User pays for a remedy.
Sexual conversation, romantic solicitation, requests for intimate media, or exploitation of emotional dependence.
Discrimination on caste, religion, race, sex, gender identity, disability, nationality, age or another protected characteristic.
Off-platform payment, personal contact exchange, commission bypass, gambling facilitation or illegal financial solicitation.
3. Gift-related conduct
Where virtual gifting is enabled, the following are prohibited in addition to Clause 2, and are treated as a distinct moderation category:
Pressuring, shaming, guilting or repeatedly soliciting a User for a gift.
Conditioning the content, quality, length, order or favourability of a reading on a gift.
Stating or implying that a gift changes, improves or accelerates an astrological outcome, or wards off a predicted harm.
Offering a “remedy”, “protection” or “removal” that is triggered by, or priced in, gifts.
Ranking, naming or shaming Users by the value of gifts given or not given, in a manner intended to induce spending.
4. Enforcement
Astronia may warn, limit features, remove content, temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, reverse fraudulent benefits, withhold Service Provider payouts linked to a disputed transaction, and report unlawful conduct. Decisions consider severity, evidence, repetition, intent and user safety. An appeal path is provided except where disclosure would compromise safety, fraud controls or law.
