The important points before you pay
Before you pay — the short version
· Astrology on Astronia is for entertainment, personal reflection and general guidance. Nothing is guaranteed, and it is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
· You pay Astronia’s displayed per-minute or per-unit Consultation Rate plus a flat Platform Session Fee and applicable GST. AP Pure Care Private Limited charges and invoices the full amount; the astrologer does not collect from you. Every component and the total are shown before you connect, and nothing is added afterwards.
· Billing starts when the call connects and runs in 60-second increments. If we cannot connect you within 30 seconds, you pay nothing. If the call drops, reconnect free within 90 seconds.
· Refunds cover verified service failures — a call that did not connect, a technical fault, a session billed wrongly. They do not cover a prediction that did not come true.
· Verified duplicate charges and payments confirmed as unauthorised are returned to the original payment source. For an eligible service failure, you may choose immediate Service Credits or a refund to the original payment source, subject to the Refund Policy.
· Rates and the session fee can change. The amount that applies is always the amount shown on your screen before you connect.
· Sessions may be recorded, with your consent, for safety and dispute resolution. AI features are always labelled as AI.
· Wallet credits can only be used on Astronia. Paid credits are valid 24 months; promotional credits expire as shown.
